Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 10.04.2015 in Na.Ka.No.A-2/457/2014-1 passed by the 1st respondent and quash the same and consequently forbearing the respondents from in any manner holding the proceedings under Section 205 of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act in pursuance of the said impugned proceedings.
