When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing on 20.10.2016, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order of this Court in W.P.No.14076 of 2016, dated 15.04.2016, had been complied with by the respondent, by passing necessary orders. But, there was no representation for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner, and hence, the Contempt Petition was directed to be listed "for dismissal" today (21.10.2016). Even

today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for consideration, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Contempt Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
