herein to forthwith implement the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 18.09.2025 directing removal of the erroneous entry blocking the petitioner's property as temple land and to effect mutation and issue patta in the name of the petitioner in respect of the property situated at Pre Old Door No.1, Old No.24, New No.108, Veerabadira Aachary Street, Pudupet, Chennai comprised in O.S. No.22, R.S. No.1247/1, T.S.No.1247/31 measuring an extent of 957 sq.ft., within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to implement the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 18.09.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. According to the petitioner, the 1st respondent through the aforesaid proceedings, dated 18.09.2025 directed the removal of the erroneous entry blocking the petitioner's property as temple land. She seeks for mutation of the revenue records for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in the name of the petitioner and for issuance of separate patta for the subject property in her name. 3. As seen from the documents filed along with this writ petition, prior to the filing of this writ petition, no representation was given by the petitioner to the respondents seeking for implementation of the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 18.09.2025. Necessarily, the petitioner will have to give a fresh representation to the respondents. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation seeking for implementation of the proceedings of the 1st respondent, dated 18.09.2025 referred to supra.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation to the competent authority, namely the 4th respondent seeking for implementation of the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 18.09.2025 directing removal of the erroneous entry blocking the petitioner's property as temple land and to effect mutation and issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition and a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to dispose of the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the 4th respondent seeking for implementation of the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 18.09.2025 referred to in the prayer to this writ petition and for issuance of separate patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said representation within the stipulated time, the 4th respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the said representation, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve
(12) weeks thereafter. No costs.
