C.M.P.No.5872 of 2022 and C.M.A. SR. No.1492 of 2019 P.T. ASHA. J., Considering the fact that the order dated 06.04.2022 has been complied with, C.M.P.No.5872 of 2022 is ordered.

2. The delay of 922 days in filing the restoration petition to restore C.M.P.No.16475 of 2019 which was dismissed for non compliance by the order dated 20.08.2019 is condoned.

Since the petitioner has now complied with the earlier order, directing payment of a sum of Rs.500/- as also the additional sum of Rs.1,000/- directed to be paid by order dated 06.04.2022, the C.M.P is restored to file and since C.M.P.No.16475 of 2019 was ordered on 20.08.2019, the delay of 163 days in representing is also ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter along with C.M.A.No.1007 of 2019 on 15.06.2022.
