ASHA, J, In the light of the orders passed in C.M.P.No.5872 of 2022 and considering the fact that the very same set of facts has been stated in C.M.P.No.16475 of 2019 and that C.M.P.No.5872 of 2022 has been allowed on 19.04.2022, this petition is ordered and C.M.P.No.16475 of is restored to file.

C.M.P.No.16475 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 163 days in representing the above appeal.

Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
