ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking directions to the respondents 1 to 4 to reimburse the amount based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.12.2024.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner was cheated by on-line fraudsters and hence he made 2/5

representation before the third respondent police and there was no response on the same and hence the present petition is filed. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 2 and 3 would submit that initially the petitioner's complaint was dealt with by the Cyber Crime and now it is transferred to the the respondent police and the same was registered in Cr.No.256 of 2025 and investigation is in progress.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 2 and 3 and the learned counsel for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

It is seen that the petitioner made complaint before the third respondent police with regard to on-line cheating and the same was initially dealt with by the Cyber Crime and now transferred to the third respondent police, which was registered in Cr.No.256 of 2025. Now investigation is pending. Therefore this Court cannot issue any directions as 3/5

sought for by the petitioner.

In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, after filing of charge sheet by the third respondent police. 17.07.2025 cgi Speaking /Non-speaking order To
