ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by petitioner, who is the wife of detenu seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu by name Mr.E.Sakthivel, aged about 34 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. Under orders of this Court dated 10.10.2018, the matter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

was directed to be placed before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and in the Mediation Centre, a settlement has been arrived at between the parties. The memorandum of compromise entered into between the petitioner and the detenu shall form part of the records.
