ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.03 of 2026 on the file of the 3rd respondent to appoint any other independent and impartial investigation officer to conduct the investigation. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the final report has been filed in this matter and the matter stands closed as "Mistake of Fact".

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner, if aggrieved, is at liberty to approach the concerned Court and file a protest petition.
