This application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking leave of the Court to produce photocopies of the documents mentioned in the schedule to this application and mark them by way of secondary evidence.

The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for, and the photocopies of the documents mentioned in the schedule to this application are allowed to be marked by the plaintiff by way of secondary evidence.
