Mr.T.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent to forward the recommendations made by the third respondent vide Na.Ka.No.957/2018 /A5 dated 16.07.2021 to reclassify the land situated in Survey No.560/5 (Pymash No.971 ) Papparampakkam Village Tiruvallur Taluk, Tiruvallur District from ''Vaikaal'' and restore it in the name of the petitioner's grandfather, Pg.Nos.2/5

Sadamba Naicker S/o.Ramasamy, based on the representation made by the petitioner dated 31.01.2018, within a time frame fixed by this Court to the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the first respondent herein has already passed final orders on 29.09.2023 and he has also produced a copy of the final order dated 29.09.2023 to that effect. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. In the light of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 20.03.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking Order : Yes/No ms Pg.Nos.3/5
