ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the complaint lodged by her father.

2. The case of the petitioner is that, she fell in love with one Abishek and eloped somewhere. Therefore, the father of the petitioner lodged complaint and the same has been registered in Crime No. 113 of 2025 under woman missing. Now the petitioner sought for a direction not to harass her in the guise of enquiry on the complaint lodged by her father.

3. Now the petitioner is aged about 31 years and got married with one Abishek. Therefore, the respondent shall not call for the petitioner for any enquiry on the complaint lodged by her father.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
