This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Namakkal, Namakkal District, to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.4 of 2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration, the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the respondent police to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be.
