This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioner pursuant to his representation dated 11.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents.

3. It is seen that there is money dispute between the petitioner and the counter part. In this regard, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the 1st respondent police on 11.03.2019 for necessary action. Since the same was not considered, hence, the present petition is filed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation dated 11.03.2019 and after giving opportunities to the parties concerned and pass orders on merits in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
