COMMON O R D E R In view of the commonality of the facts involved, both these Criminal Original petitions are considered and decided by this Common Order. These criminal original petitions are filed to quash the final report/ charge sheet in C.C.No.13 of 2025, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have arrived at a compromise and a joint memo of comprise has been entered into between both the parties, and that the final report may therefore be quashed.

The de facto complainant/ second respondent is present in person and is identified by the learned counsel for the petitioner and she produced a copy of her Aadhar Card. She confirms the fact that the parties have arrived at a compromise and entered into a joint compromise memo. A scanned copy of joint compromise memo entered into between the parties, is as follows:

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and since the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute, in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, no useful purpose would be served in allowing the trial to proceed further.

Therefore, the proceedings in C.C.No.13 of 2025, on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Salem are quashed. 7.
