The learned counsel for the applicant submits that he is not pressing this application. However, he would submit that the applicant may be granted liberty to seek for the same relief before the Arbitrator, under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

2. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as not pressed. Liberty is granted to the applicant to approach the Arbitral Tribunal under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 with regard to the same relief.
