Heard Mr. D.Manimaran, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. B.Vijay, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing Second Respondent to issue relieving order in furtherance to the transfer Order in Ref. No. Vaya Ni.1/126050/2022 dated 02.12.2022 issued by the Second Respondent. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the relieving Order in Se. Mu. Aa. No. A/1/2022 dated 20.03.2023 has been given to the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. In such circumstances, nothing remains for consideration in the Writ Petition.
