This application is filed praying to permit the Official Assignee to execute the sale deed in respect of the schedule mentioned properties, in favour of the highest bidder viz., M/s Chennai Radha Engineering Works Pvt.Ltd., Chennai.

2. Since the auction amount is paid in full, the sale deed is executed as per the terms of the draft sale deed approved in respect of the schedule mentioned properties. Hence, this application is allowed.
