This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.02.2023 in Crl.O.P. No.4025 of 2023 to appear before the Thevaram police station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for another period of two months.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.
