This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing this criminal revision case against the order made in MC.NO. 401 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Family Court at Chennai.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered and delay of 36 days in filing this Criminal Revision Petition is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire arrears of maintenance amount to the credit of MC.NO. 401 of 2021 on the file of the I Additional Family Court at Chennai within a period of four weeks. Failing which, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the court.
