R. Karunamoorthy v. Rethinasamy
C.M.P.No.6423 of 2022 in CRP(PD).No.3248 of 2018 J.NISHA BANU,J.
This petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal dated 23.06.2021 and to restore the Civil Revision Petition on file.
2. It is seen from the records that the Civil Revision Petition was filed in the year 2018 and thereafter, the Civil Revision Petition was not even admitted and it has been adjourned on several occasions at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. The Civil Revision Petition was filed against the order passed in I.A.No.14 of 2016 seeking to implead the subsequent purchasers. After filing the C.R.P. in the year 2018, the petitioner did not take any steps to find out the status of the matter. Therefore, the learned Judge observed that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the matter and dismissed the Civil Revision Petition on 23.06.2021.
3. This Court does not find any merits to interfere with the order passed by this Court on 23.06.2021 and to restore the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, this Petition seeking for restoration of the civil revision petition is dismissed.
