ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to grant an interest subsidy for petitioner's educational loan in Ac.No.30834238557 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 06.09.2015.

2. The counter affidavit filed on behalf of the first respondent reveals that during the education term loan availed by the petitioner, he has been credited with interest subsidy totaling to Rs.20,547/- for the period from 26.11.2011 to 03.06.2013 and that all the above amounts have been adjusted to the loan account granted to the petitioner.

3. The respondents have enclosed the statement showing that the total outstanding and the interest subsidy received by the petitioner till his loan Account was Written off on 01.10.2015, thus there is no question of the petitioner being granted any interest subsidy amount in respect of his educational term loan.

4. In view of the fact that the statement also has been furnished by the respondent bank and the said interest subsidy has already been granted, the petitioner's grievances are redressed and no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
