The matter is today listed under the caption "For Being Spoken To".
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners brings to my notice that in the order of this Court dated 30.01.2026, leave was granted, however, no
application for grant of leave was filed. Only an application for accepting the cause title was filed, and that too already allowed at an earlier point of time. The application in CMP.No.1717 of 2026 has been filed only to recall the order dated 11.01.2022 passed by this Court in CRP.No.860 of 2011.
3. In the light of the above, what remains for consideration is only the arguments in CMP.No.1717 of 2026. Therefore, the order dated 30.01.2026 stands modified. Though the petitioner is ready, the learned counsel for the respondents seeks short accommodation to file a counter in the CMP.
