ORDER
This Court, while disposing of the Criminal Original Petition No.27551 of 2015 by order dated 08.12.2015, directed the respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.09.2015 and upon enquiry, if materials are gathered indicating commission of any cognizable offence, the respondent shall proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible. If no prima facie case is made out the respondent is at liberty to pass appropriate order on the said complaint.
2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 08.12.2015 passed by this Court.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that in compliance with the order passed by this Court, the respondent has conducted the enquiry upon the complaint given by the petitioner and the complaint was closed as 'action dropped'. Thus, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
