[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Challenge is made to the order of detention passed by the second respondent vide Proceedings in Memo No. C2/2841/2017 dated 31.01.2017, whereby the detenu,namely Kumar, S/o.Thirthan, aged about 42 years was ordered to be detained as Bootlegger as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the order of detention passed by the second respondent as against the detenu dated 31.01.2017 has been revoked by the Government in G.O. Rt. No.1235, HOME, PROHIBITION & EXCISE (XIV) DEPARTMENT, dated 13.03.2017 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.
