Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions i.e., The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. further the period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble Court by order dated 10.12.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.18591 of 2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.M.AMUTHA GANESH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.T.SHUNMUGARAJESWARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.
18591 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 353 and 506(i) of IPC, in Crime No.719 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
