ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2475 of 2017 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent and complete the investigation and lay charge sheet.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother of the deceased Vinoth Kumar, aged about 26, who had worked as staff nurse at Chennai Plastic Surgery Hospital, Perungudi. On 14.09.2017, the petitioner received a message that her son was in danger condition of his health and therefore, she rushed to the above said hospital, and where she was informed that her son was found dead inside of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
car. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint in this regard before the 2nd respondent and the 2nd respondent had also registered the case in Crime No.2475/2017 dated 14.09.2017, but the persons involved on the petitioner's son's death are very influential persons both economically and politically and if the 2nd respondent would continue the investigation, the truth behind the suspicious death of the petitioner's son would not come to light and therefore, the petitioner seeks transfer of the investigation in Crime No.2475 of 2017 from the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent.
3. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case, though this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.2475 of 2017 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
