ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for direction direct the 1st and 3rd respondents to give police protection to the petitioners and their relatives as there is a life threat to petitioners and relatives.
2.It is seen that the petitioners lodged a complaint and the case has been registered as against the accused persons in Crime No.1813 of 2018 dated 13.12.2018 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) of IPC. After registering the FIR as against the accused persons they threatened the petitioners with the dire consequences. As such the second petitioner sent detailed representation dated 14.01.2019 to the first respondent.

3.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the second petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint before the 3rd respondent police. On receipt of the same the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry and take suitable action as against the accused persons, if any cognizable offence made out against them, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition stands disposed of.
