Heard the learned counsel for the revision petitioners. Perused the records.

2. This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Principal Subordinate Court, Vellore to complete the trial in O.S.No.203 of 2018.

3. OS.No.203 of 2018 is filed seeking declaration of title and for permanent injunction. As per the proceedings sheet filed by the petitioner, PW1 was examined in chief on 19.07.2022 and subsequently, the matter is adjourned number of times for cross-examination by the defendant. Reasons are assigned as to why the matter is adjourned from time to time for cross examination of PW1. The Court has literally granted time to the respondent for cross-examination.

4. Considering the circumstances explained and on perusal of records, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with certain directions:- 2/4

The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Vellore is hereby directed to fix the date specifically for cross-examination of PW1 and complete the rest of the trial as expeditiously as possible not later than six(6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
