ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 406 and 379 of I.P.C, in Crime No. Not known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner in C.No.269 of 2020.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, register the F.I.R or close the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. The parties are directed to cooperate with the enquiry.

5.Post the matter on 03.05.2021 for reporting compliance.
