The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to dispose of the Appeals/Representations/Reminders dated 28.07.2015, 28.12.2015, 25.07.2016 and 04.02.2017 made by the petitioner under RTI Act and to provide the information as sought for by the petitioner, within the time frame.

2. Mr.Praveen S. Purohit, learned counsel for the first respondent confirms that the Second Appeal of the petitioner in SA. No.17469 of 2015 is pending and enquiry is stated to be ongoing.

3. In these circumstances, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the Second Appeal in SA. No.17469 of 2015 within a period of eight (8) weeks from today.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
