2. It is represented that the warrant has been executed and the vehicle has been seized.

3. Therefore, recording the fact that the vehicle has been seized, this application is closed. The Advocate Commissioner shall be paid an additional remuneration of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). The warrant of commission shall stand discharged.

4. The vehicle shall not be alienated until further orders of this Court or of the Arbitrator.
