ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25056 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 by substituting the expression 'first respondent' instead of 'second respondent' in paragraph No.4 of the order.

2. The instant Petition has been filed by the petitioner mainly on the ground that the representation submitted by the petitioner has not been considered by the second respondent only on the ground that the first respondent is the competent authority to consider the same.

3. Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court in the main Writ Petition, the representation of the petitioner has been considered by the second respondent / Sub-Registrar in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.40 of 2026 dated 13.04.2026.

4. A copy of the order has been produced before this Court and the copy of the same has also been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since the representation of the petitioner has already been considered by the second respondent, no further orders are necessary in this modification Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. It is made clear that the petitioner is entitled to explore the other remedies available to him under law.
