Challenging the Proceedings of the 2nd respondent in No.Mu.Mu.40680/2008 (Vi) dated 03.11.2009 and quash the same with a consequential direction, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to issue ryotwari patta to the petitioner for 0.33.0 hectares of lands, situated in R.S.No.1070/1 co-related to O.S.No.220/1 of Gudalur https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
