2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. However, the petitioner seeks to modify the order passed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu without even approaching the concerned Court. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, it is not desirable to modify the condition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
