Prayer:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.12.2017 by disbursing the account outstanding in the name of Ellammal, Wife of Munisamy in Account No.09340100000753 in the second respondent bank, based upon the Nomination letter dated 19.07.2015.

The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation dated 04.12.2017, by disbursing the account outstanding in the name of Ellammal, Wife of Munisamy in Account No.09340100000753 in the second respondent bank, based upon the Nomination letter dated 19.07.2015.

2.After notice, the matter is taken up today for further hearing.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank, based on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has to file the application in the prescribed format with necessary original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

documents for considering her claim.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that such application will be filed in the prescribed format by enclosing necessary documents. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, by directing the petitioner to approach the respondent Bank and file necessary application under the prescribed format by enclosing the necessary documents in original as well, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of such application, the respondent Bank will consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter. No costs.
