J U D G M E N T

The appeal has been filed against the Judgment in S.C. No.359 of 2007 dated 23.01.2008 on the file of the Additional District and Session Judge (Fast Track Court No.2) Ranipet, Vellore District.

2. The appellant was convicted for the offence punishable under Section 397 of I.P.C and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for four years and to pay a fine amount of Rs.1,000/- failing which one month rigorous imprisonment and three months rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 336 of I.P.C and one year of rigorous imprisonment for the offence under Section 506 (ii) of I.P.C. and one month rigorous imprisonment for under section 427 of I.P.C.

learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the appellant undergone the sentence and he was released on 13.11.2010.

4. Under this circumstances, Since the appellant has already undergone the sentence period and released from the Jail, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
