This criminal original petition has been filed to call for records in Crime No.223 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kottakuppam Police Station, Villupuram District and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed, the final report has been filed and the same has been taken cognizance of on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur in C.C.No.48 of 2026.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
