Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned notification in Notification No.01/2024, dated 09.02.2024 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners with degree and B.Ed., qualification in the instant recruitment to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the notification in Notification No.01/2024, dated 09.02.2024 and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioners with degree and B.Ed., qualification in the instant recruitment to the post of Secondary Grade Teachers. 2.
Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He also made an endorsement in the Court bundle to that effect.

Considering the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
