This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19769 of 2021, thereby directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass orders on the petitioners' applications on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court is complied with. He also produced a copy of the communication dated 05.07.2022, sent by the second respondent, before this Court.
