2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent produced a letter dated 18.11.2016 and submitted that within a week's time, the pension papers will be sent to the Trust. It is further submitted that all other benefits have been paid. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the first respondent that the pension papers will be sent within a week, the contempt petitions stand closed.
