[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in D.No.06/2017-C2 dated 15.02.2017 by the Detaining Authority against the detenue by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

name, Bannu @ Pachiappan, aged 24 years, S/o.Arumugam and quash the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed by virtue of G.O.Rt.No.1772 dated 17.04.2017 and to that effect, a copy of the same has been submitted, wherein, it has been clearly stated to the effect that the Detention Order in question has been revoked.

3. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous.
