This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1049 days in preferring the above appeal.

2.The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay.

Hence the petition is allowed and the delay of 1049 days in preferring the above appeal is condoned subject to the condition that the claimant/petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e.,for 1049 days.

4.Registry is directed to print the name of Respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time admission.
