Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, Vellore District daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2502/2021 dated 22.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2502 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 341, 302 of IPC, in Crime No.1085 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week for interrogation on receipt of summons.
