Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, Vellore North Police Station, Vellore District daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.2505/2021 dated 22.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.HARI, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to stay at Vellore and report before the Inspector of Police, North Police Station, Vellore daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Hence, the Petition is dismissed.
