This petition has been filed seeking to amend the satisfaction Court as "Additional Mahila Court, Perambalur"

instead of "Learned Judicial Magistrate, Perambalur" in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.23113 of 2023 and in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.23113 of 2023 dated 05.01.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, this amendment petition is ordered as prayed for.

4.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the petition seeking anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.23113 of 2023 and also issue fresh order copy in order dated 05.01.2024.

5.Since amendment had been ordered today, time is extended for executing sureties till 15.04.2024.
