O R D E R

Heard Mr.S.T.Varadarajulu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-contemnor.

2. This contempt petition has been filed against the non-compliance of the order and direction issued by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court in W.P.No.27015 of 2015, dated 22.12.2015.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has produced the original Banker's cheque, dated 23.09.2016, drawn in favour of the Assistant Commissioner of Labour-I, for Rs.10,21,893/- bearing cheque No.128812 and submits that on Monday i.e., on 26.09.2016, they will make the deposit and the said submission is placed on record and the petitioner-workman is entitled to withdraw the same in full, on such deposit being made. The original banker's cheque is returned to the learned Standing counsel for the respondent.
