ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to direct the 3rd respondent to give police protection for the 4th respondent to survey the petitioner's land in ka.sa.328/12 on the basis of complaint dated 13.03.2019.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.It is seen that the petitioner paid requisite fees to concerned department to survey the said land comprised in ka.sa.328/12, which is situated in Sripudukuppam Village, Srimushnam.

4.Admittedly, the revenue officials have to engage surveyor to survey the said land. If the petitioner requires any police protection to survey the land, the revenue officials can approach the concerned police and seek for police protection. 5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
