Learned counsel for the respondents has filed the counter.

2. Heard both counsel.

3. This Court being satisfied with the grounds made in the petition for stay, has already granted interim stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.5526 of 2013 by order dated 23.07.2021. At this stage, the respondents has not raised any valid ground to vacate the stay. Hence, the stay already granted is made absolute.

4. Registry is directed to prepare the paper book and list the appeal for final hearing after pooja holidays.
