This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to CC.No.2707 of 2024 on the file of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Public Prosecutor would submit that trial in this case commenced and so far prosecution examined P.W.1.
