(CRIME NO.1731 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8488/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14038/2020 dated 21.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. I.SHEIK MOHAMED, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8488 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14308 of 2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 379, 427, 448, 120B and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.1731 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
